Jordan was diagnosed on Jan. 10, 2008, after five long weeks with an unknown, untreated, life-threatening illness, which turned out to be metastatic alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (mets ARMS).

Until 12/07, Brianna and I were living and working in China, with big plans for the future, when wham! out of nowhere, everything changed. My job now is to rub out rhabdo. Many thanks to all who are in the trenches with me.

We hope Brianna and everybody felt our love through the simple plant we picked out. We hope it was as pretty as the one they showed on the florist's website. Thank you so much for letting us be a part of this precious time in yours and Jordan's life. We are humbled, blessed and privileged by it. Thank you for being such a great example of strength. I am deeply sorry for your loss. He left on my 26th birthday. I will forever miss him, a part of me is missing. Now is the first time I have been able to checked the blog, i stopped chelsie from going to bed and had her stay with me because i had a strange feeling. Him and I had not talked in a couple of weeks because i work out of town in a area with bad cell phone reception.
